Are these advanced courses or can beginners to yoga enroll in it?

None of the yoga courses conducted at The Square require prior knowledge of yoga. The courses are designed such that beginners as well as advanced practitioners can benefit equally. For beginners, it would open a complete dimension to wellbeing and for prior practitioners of yoga, it would give a highly in-depth view to Yoga where focus is not only on flexibility but on internalizing the practice.

I have back problems. Can I join the yoga courses?

This cannot be generalized and will need the participant to check with the instructor.

What do I need to carry?

Carry your yoga mats and water bottles. Kindly wear loose and non-obstrusive cotton clothes. Shoes shall not be allowed for this program.

Thrice a week (12 sessions) | Rs. 3500/-
